Choolate Molten Lava Cake
you really need to try this recipe!

almost all of my friends who tried this cake love it!
I got this recipe from one pot chef
INGREDIENTS
-350 g Dark Chocolate
-50 g Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup of plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
HOW TO
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C, butter the ramekins (6 ounce) and set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed on top of a pan of simmering water, whisk until smooth, then let it cool while you prepare for the mixture.

3. Whisk the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and mix it together until smooth.
4. Add in the eggs one at a time and whisk it until smooth.
5. Stir in the flour into the mixture then whisk it until smooth.
6. Then the favorite part comes, pour in the melted chocolate into the mixture, and mix it well.
7. Transfer the mixture into the ramekin, then put it into the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the top is set but the middle looks wobbly.
8. Serve it immediately and enjoy! ;)

Tips
1. When you melt the chocolate, make sure the bottom doesn't touch the water because your chocolate will get burn ;)
2. If you don't have ramekin, you can use anything, but the time for baking will be different, it depends on the size and the material. I used to use individual cupcake tin which made from aluminium, it takes about 5-7 minutes to bake.
3. You can save the mixture for later. Wrapped by plastic and save it in the refrigerator.
