East Java - Bali Roadtrip (part 1)
I wrote about our trip just a week after the trip, but it took a pretty long time for me to post it. So two months ago boyfriend and I had a
road trip to East Java and Bali. Actually we planned having a Java roadtrip,
but somehow we end up having East Java – Bali roadtrip. We planned it long time
before I graduated, due to his busy schedule with his work, we just made it
happend last week.
Anyway, here is our story
Day 1
We went off from Yogyakarta at 6
am, then we stop at Ngawi at 10 am to get our brunch. We forgot to get our
breakfast before going off, so we were already starving before mid day. We also
stop many times to pray in the mosques which were passed by.
We actually planned to spend the
1st day in Taman Nasional Baluran, but we just arrived Taman Nasional Baluran
at 9 pm. We thought, they open for 24 hours, but they dont! How can no one
mention that Taman Nasional Baluran doesn’t open for 24 hours?! HOW? Anyway, now
I have mentioned it, Taman Nasional Baluran doesn’t open for 24 hours people,
they only open at 8 am – 4 pm. If you’re planning to stay over at there, make
sure the guest house isn’t full booked either.
We also didn’t plan for the plan
B either. We had a short disccusion whether should we go to Kawah Ijen then
Baluran or should we go to Bali. Boyfriend already excited about going to Bali,
so it was decided! There we went to Bali straight from Yogya!
